Experience working with multiple stakeholders (ex: municipalities, universities, partners)
Years of experience:
1 to 2 years of relevant experience in project coordination or implementation

Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
High level of organization and attention to detail
Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
Team player with a proactive attitude
Problem-solving mindset
Computer skills:
Proficiency in Google workspace (Google sheets, Docs, etc…)
Support the implementation of project activities in line with approved plans and timelines
Coordinate with key stakeholders, including municipalities, universities, NGOs, and community partners
Assist in organizing and facilitating field activities, trainings, and events
Support field coordination and ensure smooth communication between teams and locations
Contribute to narrative and progress reporting, ensuring accurate and timely documentation
Follow up on project deliverables and support tracking of activities and outputs
Provide general operational and administrative support as needed
Ensure proper documentation and filing of project-related information
