Job Description:The IT Intern will provide support to the Senior ICT Officer in the implementation of laptop check-up and maintenance activities.
Perform regular laptop inspections, diagnostics, and basic troubleshooting
Validate, update, and maintain accurate assets and inventory records
Assist with laptop repairs, maintenance, and coordination of technical fixes when needed
Support the installation, configuration, and updating of applications and software
Document technical issues, actions taken, and solutions for tracking and follow-up purposes
Ensure proper handling, care, and accountability of IT equipment
Provide general IT support as required to ensure smooth daily operations
