   Required education:  

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Education, or a related field.

Certification in ICT training (e.g., Microsoft Certified Trainer, CompTIA CTT+, or equivalent) is highly preferred.

   Field of experience:  

Minimum of 2 years of experience delivering ICT training programs is required.

   Years of experience:  

Minimum of 2 years

   Specific skills and competencies:  

Excellent analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude
Ability to perform in a team environment
Ability to deliver the training for trainees from different age ranges and different backgrounds

   Computer skills:  

Good level of programming and related technical skills.
Good knowledge of Arduino language and Robotics
Good knowledge of Python coding Language
Proven work experience as a developer and ability on training Youth
Being a Certified Cisco Trainer is an addition
Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.

  Job Description:
The ICT Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality ICT training sessions for youth and adults. This role involves developing engaging training materials, conducting interactive sessions, and ensuring participants acquire essential digital skills. The trainer will also assess learning outcomes, provide feedback, and support trainees in applying their knowledge effectively.The selected trainer will work to support the Implementation of DOT’s Youth Digital Program in Lebanon, working with local communities and groups on enhancing their digital skills

Conduct training sessions on Mobile Application Development, Robotics, and Artificial Intelligence, ensuring participants gain practical and theoretical knowledge.
Guide trainees through the entire mobile application development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing, release, and post-launch support.
Develop and deliver hands-on training to help participants create fully functional mobile applications.
Identify and resolve technical issues by troubleshooting and debugging applications to enhance performance.
Facilitate Robotics training using Arduino, equipping learners with practical experience in programming and hardware integration.
Stay updated with the latest technology trends to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.
Engage in Training of Trainers (TOT) programs and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and instructional skills.
