   Required education:  

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Education, or a related field.

   Field of experience:  

Certification in ICT training (e.g., AI-related certifications, Microsoft Certified Trainer, CompTIA CTT+, or equivalent) is highly preferred.

   Years of experience:  

Minimum of 3 years of experience delivering ICT training programs is required.

   Specific skills and competencies:  

Excellent analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude
Ability to perform in a team environment
Ability to deliver the training for trainees from different age ranges and different backgrounds

   Computer skills:  

Strong knowledge of AI with the ability to deliver trainings
Strong programming background and solid technical skills
Good knowledge of Arduino programming and Robotics
Proficient in Python programming language
Proven work experience as a developer with the ability to train youth
Cisco Certified Trainer is an added advantage

  Job Description:
The ICT Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality ICT training sessions, with a particular focus on AI, for youth and adults. This role involves developing engaging training materials, conducting interactive training sessions, and ensuring that participants acquire essential digital skills. The trainer will assess learning outcomes, provide constructive feedback, and support trainees in effectively applying their knowledge. The selected trainer will support the implementation of DOT’s Youth Digital Program in Lebanon by working closely with local communities and groups to enhance their digital and technological skills.

Design, deliver, and facilitate training sessions in Mobile Application Development, Robotics, and Artificial Intelligence, ensuring both theoretical understanding and practical application
Guide trainees through the entire mobile application development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing, release, and post-launch support
Develop and deliver hands-on training to help participants create fully functional mobile applications
Identify and resolve technical issues by troubleshooting and debugging applications to enhance performance
Facilitate Robotics training using Arduino, equipping learners with practical experience in programming and hardware integration
Continuously update training materials by staying informed of emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends
Engage in Training of Trainers (ToT) programs and continuous professional development to strengthen expertise in Artificial Intelligence and related technologies
