   Field of experience:  

A minimum of 5 years of experience in classroom education. Preferably experienced in using Active Board and other education assistive digital tools.
Experience in remote learning and online learning tools is desirable.

   Specific skills and competencies:  

Familiarity with educational theories, modern teaching practices, and competency-based education.
Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
Strong facilitation and negotiation skills to guide teachers and administrators.
Ability to coach and mentor teachers and school administrators.

   Computer skills:  

Experience in using Active Board and other assistive digital tools.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Productivity tools (MS Office), cloud computing tools (OneDrive, Gmail, GSheets, GDocs).
Knowledge of online learning tools, remote learning platforms, ICT, gamification, immersive learning, and e-learning.

  Job Description:
As a Teacher Facilitator, you will work to support the Implementation of DOT Lebanon’s Digital Education Program in Lebanon. This position requires a person who can easily adapt to changes and can manage working under pressure, multitasker, self learner, innovative in finding solutions and thinking outside the box. The position will see you demonstrating 21st century skills in assigned school, as you will be working proactively and collaborating with teachers and school principals either remotely or in the school. You will be working independently and managing your own administrative work and working to meet deadlines under the guidance and directions of the Area Manager.

Conduct training sessions on educational theories, modern teaching practices, and competency-based education.
Build and develop teachers' skills in digital tools and technologies, including ICT, gamification, immersive learning, and e-learning, and guide their application in the classroom
Evaluate the school's ICT environment and personnel to identify needs and opportunities for improvement.
Assist teachers and administrators in creating and implementing a student-centred learning process.
Support teachers in using online and offline tools to create digital classroom projects that help students demonstrate their understanding of subject matter.
Provide coaching for teachers and school administrators on effective integration of technology in the classroom to enhance student learning and support professional development.
Regularly conduct workshops for teachers and school administrators on new technology tools, productivity software, and classroom management software.
Accurately identify, collect, and analyse relevant data and lessons learned to improve practices.
